This application can also be supplied to end-user that may want to save costs by managing specific operations with their own business. Resellers are able to deploy and manage not only voice but new services that will abecome available from one application quickly and cost effectively.
Scalability – Traditionally end-users have made decisions when purchasing hardware based solutions of how many extensions and lines their business is likely to require today and in the future. This calculation often then forms a key factor in the size of platform that is offered and bought by the client.
